You might have heard people saying “One should do mediation and make it an integral part of your life” but wait man, it is really boring to just sit idle for 10 to 30 mins and doing nothing, no speaking, no talking, no thinking etc etc. This was me exactly 5months ago, When I was the one asking why even we need to do meditation until I understood the importance and was stunned to know that there are types of mediation.

One can definitely choose according to their engrossment and profits and stay on the path of meditation resulting into a positive life.

Meditation is something you practice to have focus in life, to clear all the clutter, to get some time off from the fast paced world and life, to have a positive mind, to feel stressless and much more.

I was previously aware only about the guided meditation but then searching more about it, I realized we have 7 types of Meditation and all are so idiosyncratic that one can pick best one for themselves which fits and suits them best.

6. Pranayama Meditation
Method : Controlling the pacing of your breathing. it taugh as a breathing exercise in the form of the 4/4/4/4. Breath in through your nose for 4 seconds. Hold your breath for 4 seconds. Exhale slowly for 4 seconds. And then hold for 4 seconds and then you repeat.
7. Moving Mediation
Focus on making some sort of movement. Like walking, doing chores, yoga, dancing. you focus on the physical changes and sensations that occur. Example : moving meditation while walking, your focus will be on the feeling of your feet touching the ground and pushing off and so on.

These were the 7 steps, now one can easily understand which way or step suits them best, it will be astonishing for your thoughts and overall life.
